Cortland at Raven

I have lived here for a month and have no complaints. Michael and Briseida are very polite and punctual, and more importantly, friendly and they do their jobs very well. They text the community if there are any issues and keep us informed. Upon checking the apartment at move in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they were fixed within a day. The apt. complex is very quiet and very clean and there isn't anything to complain about. The apartments are updated and I honestly have not heard my neighbors, so the walls must be good and I havent heard even my upstairs neighbors. There is ample parking and no issues so far with the gates. What I like are the BBQs that are located close for you to use and the other people keep them clean. The gym is better than any place I have lived. It's located on the canal so there is biking and a walking trail, which is nice to escape too after a long day of work. I can walk to Raven golf course from my apartment to even hit balls on the driving range. Driving is not required. So many restaurants and shopping around that it is very convenient. Its worth the little extra rent to have peace of mind and the nonsmoking community is nice too. A lot of dogs, but there is a dog park and people seem to clean up after them. There is no barking really either. Im impressed, really, and probably the best apartments I have ever lived in. If you can afford them, I would recommend living here. Thanks
